FOREIGN EXCHANGE TECHNICAL ANALYST (19 June 2006)

Informa Global Markets (IGM) is a division of Informa PLC, a global provider of business content and information. IGM provides real-time, independent market commentary and analysis, covering global sovereign debt, credit, derivatives, foreign exchange and emerging markets. IGM_s services are provided via vendor terminals and the web, by a dedicated team of economists, market strategists, technical analysts and market professionals located inLondon, New York, Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong.

We currently have a vacancy for a Foreign Exchange Technical Analyst, based in our London office.  The position will be responsible for assisting with our production of timely technical analysis and trading recommendations for a wide range of FX rates.  The position reports directly to the Chief FX Technical Analyst and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical analysis and preferably have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.  The position also provides cover for New York during periods of holiday and sickness.  Holders of the STA Diploma, or equivalent qualification, are preferred.
